So I’m taking this mindfulness course and there are these 50 quotes to reflect upon and this one kinda made me think a bit “Don’t do any task in order to get it over with. Resolve to do each job in a relaxed way, with all your attention. Enjoy and be one with your work.” – Thich Nhat Hanh. Like most of us today I feel like we just do tasks that may or may not have to be done right this second, we just are like ugh let’s just hurry up and get this done. We aren’t really present and in the moment with each thing that we do I feel like we focus too much on getting it done that once we’ve done it were like whaaat I’m already done cause your brain has shut off and you were on auto pilot anyways let me know what y’alls thoughts are.
Thanks for joining me!
